A St-Malo même, près du quartier balnéaire des Thermes Marins, grande maison de style bourgeois de la fin du XIXème siècle, entourée d’un parc répertorié pour ses arbres centenaires, ses bosquets et ses parterres fleuris.

Quartier résidentiel très calme (parking privé et fermé), vous pourrez laisser votre voiture à la propriété pour découvrir St Malo sans souci de stationnement, car tout est à proximité à pied: commerces, banques, poste, église et transports en commun.

La mer, la grande plage, la digue, le GR 34 et les Thermes sont à 1km environ, le port, la ville intra-muros et les remparts à 3km.

A noter aussi, la gare TGV est seulement à 1,5 km.

This big house is located in St Malo, next to the Sea Thermal baths’ area. Its 19th century bourgeois style, its beautiful park and its hundred-year-old trees makes of this property a unique place to stay in.

The neighbourhood is residential and very calm. You’ll be able to leave your car in the private parking and go to the town center by foot or by bus. You will find all you need in the neighbourhood: shops, banks, Post office, church and public transports.

The sea, the beach, the sea wall, the GR 34 and the Sea Thermal baths are about 1 km away. The port, the innercity and the ramparts are about 3 km away. The TGV station is only 1,5 km away.

2 bedrooms are for rent for 2 or 3 people.You will be able to have breakfast in our dinning room and profit from house-made and local products. Also, when the sun is out, you could rest in the Victorian conservatory.

Prices include breakfast. We are sorry not to accept credit cards.

Animals are not accepted.
